i was looking for a new touch screen cellphone and ran upon this one its fairly cheap and i was wondering is this a scam or is it just a good buy..

It seems pretty legit. Someone seems to think it will break but if you don’t need it to last forever it seems like a good deal. Just make sure you can afford a new one if it does break. If you can spare the money, go for it.
